Health Pro Camp 2026: Promoting Health and Well-being at Bishop Cotton School
Bishop Cotton School, Shimla, successfully conducted the second Health Pro Camp of 2026 on 10 October 2026, as part of the School’s ongoing commitment to the health and well-being of its boys. Organized twice a year, the initiative provides comprehensive health assessments to monitor students’ growth, identify potential health concerns at an early stage, and promote awareness of personal health and hygiene.

The camp commenced at 11:00 a.m. on the School campus and concluded smoothly at approximately 2:00 p.m. A specialist medical team from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, conducted the examinations across five key parameters: anthropometry, medical assessment, vision, hearing, and dental health.
The health assessments included measurements of height, weight and Body Mass Index (BMI), general physical examinations, eye and hearing assessments, and dental check-ups. The exercise provided an opportunity to monitor the boys’ physical growth and identify concerns relating to their overall health, including eye, ear, nose, throat and dental health.
The camp was completed successfully, ensuring that the scheduled health assessments were carried out in an organized and systematic manner.
The Health Pro Camp reflects Bishop Cotton School’s emphasis on preventive healthcare and holistic student development. The School expresses its sincere gratitude to the AIIMS, New Delhi, medical team and the School Management for their valuable support and guidance in making the initiative a success.
