GOLDSTEIN 2026

The 23rd edition of the R.K. Von Goldstein Memorial Cricket Tournament 2026 witnessed intense yet friendly competition among eight participating teams. The schools represented were Pinegrove School, La Martiniere College, Yadavindra Public School, Punjab Public School, Genesis School, Lawrence School, Vasant Valley School, and Bishop Cotton School.

From the very first match, the tournament was filled with excitement, sportsmanship, and determination. The enthusiasm of the spectators and the unwavering support for their teams created an electrifying atmosphere throughout the event.

In the final, Bishop Cotton School faced Pinegrove School in a thrilling contest. Every player displayed remarkable passion and commitment on the field. However, after rain interrupted play on the second day, the result was decided using the DLS method, with Pinegrove School emerging as champions and Bishop Cotton School finishing as runners-up.

Individual performances were also celebrated. Saif of Lawrence School was awarded both Best Batsman and Player of the Tournament, while Vikram Aditya Sharma of Bishop Cotton School earned the Best Fielder of the Tournament award.

The tournament once again showcased the true spirit of cricket, bringing together talented young players in a celebration of skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
