The senior school gathered to say a formal farewell to our Upper Sixth leavers this week in the BCS dining hall, and it was an emotional event. A special dinner of Thai curry and chocolate pudding was a fitting send off menu for our Cottonians who have spent many years at the school. A few boys stood up to say what it meant for them to be a Cottonian followed by the Vice and School Captain.
The Director, Simon Weale, gave out their Old Cottonian ties, their leavers cape and a memorial shield with the school logo and their name embroided on it.
The dinner was followed by a party with a DJ on the first flat with the rest of the school which was enjoyed by all.
