We congratulate Old Cottonian Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan on his appointment as officiating Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court. We welcomed Justice Chauhan back to be our Speech Day guest here at Bishop Cotton School in 2021. He quoted this valuable message to Cottonians: ‘There’s not a single winner on earth that took it easy.’ “There is no secret, no shortcut and no royal road to success. If you have to lead a successful life, you will have to work hard, have a strong work ethic and for this purpose, you will also require to show a lot of patience, perseverance, determination and most importantly, motivation.”
